Prices and payment:
All prices include VAT. You can pay with Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, and MobilePay.
Delivery:
We deliver with GLS.
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days.
Standard delivery time to addresses in Denmark is 1–2 business days after dispatch.
Right of withdrawal:
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day your order is delivered.
The item must be in the same condition as when received.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
The item amount will be credited to the account from which the payment was made within 7 days after we have received your return shipment. If you have received a bonus gift due to your purchase, this must also be returned. Otherwise, its value will be deducted before the refund.
Warranty:
In accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act, our products come with a 1-year warranty and a 2-year complaints period.
Complaints:
We inspect all items before dispatch. If, contrary to expectations, there is nevertheless a defect or fault, the item should be returned as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days after receipt. Defects arising in connection with/after washing will, in most cases, not be handled as a complaint.
Please include information with returned items stating your name, order number, and what is wrong with the item. Items returned with a defect or fault will be replaced with a new item as soon as possible, and most often within 10 business days.
If no replacement item is available, the amount paid will be credited within 7 days.

Reservations/Prices:
We reserve the right for items being sold out, as well as errors in prices and product texts.
Stated “standard prices” and savings are based on the manufacturer’s stated recommended prices.
